Frequently Asked Questions
It's best to preserve your flowers as soon as possible to prevent any wilting prior to preservation and to maintain the vibrance of colors. If possible, the morning after your event is best to preserve your flowers (see "how do I overnight my bouquet" for further details if shipping of your bouquet is needed). Floral arrangements should ideally be preserved within 3 days maximum of your event-please ensure that you are switching the water in your vase daily to prevent any additional wilting of your bouquet.
The preservation process takes about 4-5 weeks from the time of bouquet drop off to completion of your frame.
-The color of your flowers may change slightly during the preservation process.
-I will send you a photo of the rough draft of your frame prior to finalizing the design to ensure that you love your design!
-If possible, please send me a photo of your bouquet inspiration so that I can begin planning your design.
-If you have a preserved bouquet frame design in mind that you would like to use, please send this to me as well!
Be sure to keep your finalized bouquet frame out of direct sunlight and humidity to avoid excessive fading of your flowers over time.

-Keep flowers in fresh water up until the time of packaging your bouquet.
-When getting ready to ship your flowers, remove any ribbon or decorative pieces from around the stems and cut a couple of inches off of the stems at an angle-you don't want to cut the stems too short, but they also need to fit in the box (keep stems 6-8 inches long at a minimum). Then add wet paper towel around the bottom of the stems to keep them hydrated during shipping.
-Place a plastic bag with rubber band around the bottom of stems/paper towel to keep the paper towel moist.
-Place flowers in large box with decent amount of loose dry paper towels that surround the flowers on all sides to keep flowers in place and to prevent wilting.
-You can fill the extra space around the flowers/paper towel with packing paper, newspaper, or other cushioning material (**please do not use bubble wrap as this can cause additional wilting). **The dry paper towel should the ONLY thing directly surrounding all of your flowers.
